Rent lease agreement delhi ncr

I have a property in Gurgaon which I want to give on rent. I stay in the same property and want to give the 2nd floor on rent. Please tell if a rent agreement on Stamp paper of Rs.50 made in DELHI and notorized in Delhi will be effective and legal in Gurgaon. Myself and my tenant both live in Gurgaon. I want to make it in Delhi as it convenient for me to get it done near my office in Delhi. Please advise. kamal.gulati@hotmail.com

Yes it van execute it in Delhi. There would be no impediment in law in doing so.

I differ with the advice of Barman. It requires to be executed at Gurgaon on Haryana Stamp papers to avoid many future problems.

As Gurgaon and Delhi are located in different State,

Here STATE DIFFER
SO I SUPPORT THE VIEWS OF SHRI MAKKAD.

Stamp Paper Duty/ earned by Different State.
Property in Different State.

Gurgaon court do not allow Delhi bases Advocates and High court Adv to practice in Gurgaon independently. . So strict.

So court will object different State stamp Paper, and execution outside the state.

The stamp paper of other State for the purpose of the property situated in Haryana is not admissible in evidence, this the main issue and so far as the practice is concerned, at least more than 500 lawyers do come from various State to practice in Gurgaon which includes Delhi.
