i have land occupied by other person. he has legal electricity connection on this land for more than 10 yrs. though all other doc,s are in my name. he sue us under sec 30 and start depositing rent in court. kindly guide how to proceed in this case. pls revert on mail also.
under which sec. i must sue that i get upper hand in this case in lesser time.

it appears no agreement has been entered into with said encroacher . what were you doing for 10 years ? if he has taken legal proceedings you have tro defend the case in court . necessary to go through the case papers filed by encroacher

Get the stay order vacated through court and do defend the case filed by him on all points.
