Person gave wrong informaion to get sites from state housing board

Dear Sir/Madam
The person despite having several sites & NA converted land of about one acre and property in the name of wife, gets site from the KHB (Karnataka Housing Board). For sure while submitting affidavit to KHB,he should have given a wrong information, station nothing or no property is with him, otherwise KHB won't allow him or qualify him to apply for the site allocation.I have a proof from KHB website that he got allotted with site & also his NA converted land details.Where should I approach & file case against this person? First use RTI, to get facts, contradictory to laws,
Then complain appropriate authorities/ court

Gather authentic information through RTI Act and with the the evidence, you may make a complaint with the KHB and also the concerned ministry for action against the culprits and corrupt officers of the organisation for helping such culprits as a result of malpractices, you mad add a copy to vigilance department and lok ayukta too.
