Q) i had filed divorce case against my wife at jammu j&k. my wife had filed domestic voilence case at punjab. now they had stayed divorce case through supreme court for transfer of divorce case at punjab. according to hindu marriage act can this be possible? moreover can i stay domestic voilence case for transfer to my native place at jammu on the ground that she had stayed last night at jammu. what shd i do so that divorce case should not transfer to punjab

no you cant get domestic violence case transferred to jammu .further divorce case would be transferred to punjab . wife convenience is taken into account by courts
