Dear sir
i filed reply to leave to defend filed by the respondent.ld judge gave next date for arguments ,but on the given date ld judge was on leave ,so reader gave the next date.respondent had not filed the rejoinder as yet.
will he be allowed to file rejoinder on the date given by the reader or judge will listen the arguments.
