I want to ask one question ,my friends mother got gift of agri land from her mother 28 years ago. now my friends mother's land was purchased by govt. for public purpose ,she got money from govt. as she had her name on 7/12 paper she got whole amount on her name ,now her brother and his son file a suit against her asking their share in that land they file a suit on the basis that the said land was ancestral land & all family members have their share in that said land .so can they have any such right in gifted property ?

Hi,I am a law graduate with 67%.i wish to appear for JMFC exam. i want to know the exam dates, its syllabus and process. does they consider a candidate not doing practice and appearing for the exam? Kindly ans my queries as soon as possible. thank you !!!

Sir,Oral Agreement is how much effective in Court....? the matter is related with money...one person(A) give money to another one(B) with oral agreement that he should return his money within 3 months .but now (B)refusing to return money...and he threats (A) On the ground that oral agreements are not valid in court....so ,what should (A) DO in this case...sir ,plz suggest...

sir, i have query relating my frnd..My Frnd had a lease agreement with his landlord in Bangalore and he vacated the house in april by giving him the prior notice . But that notice was a verbal one. He does not even give him the rent receipt regularly.
Before handing him the house , he did not give him the painted house but now he is asking him to return him the painted house and this very clause is not mentioned in the agreement as well.
On oen pretext or another he is trying to deduct the whole of his security deposit that is 40000/-- .He is not even willing to return his security deposit.he is trying his level best to negotiate with him and settle it but seems like he is not going to relent.
he had the recordings of the verbal communications with him but not sure how much validity it will hold.
Dont know how to recover his security deposit. Please suggest....plz suggest wht should my frnd do? thanks

I want to ask whether a daughter can get share in her father`s property or she can only get share from her mother`s property.....! should she has equal right in both`s property.....!
