Sir/ Madam I purchased a flat in 24 Pargana District & a land in Birbhum district from the same seller and the registration was done in DSR Birbhum on 2013. Now the lawyear of a private bank is denying to mortgage the said flat because as per his view the DSR( District Sub Registrar) has no right to register a land/building at Kolkata. As per consultation with the DSR it reveals that DSR can reister the land outside his area if another land is registered in his area/jurisdiction. But the legal team of the bank is demanding section of rules or act. Pl help me regarding this matter.

I HAVE FILED A SUIT TO THE CIVIL COURT (SR DIVISION) AND APPEALED FOR AD-INTERIM INJUNCTION TO THE COURT AGAINST A CLUB (THEY HAVE SOCIETY REGISTRATION ONLY). THE COURT ORDERED FOR TEMPORARY INJUNCTION. OPPOSITION FILED A PETITION AGAINST THE TEMPORARY INJUNCTION MENTIONING THAT "PLAINTIFF MUST ISSUE A NOTICE TO THE RESPONDENT CLUB U/S 80 CPC BEFORE FILLING A CASE AGAINST A REGISTERED CLUB." NOW, THE JUDGE IS DEMANDING RULINGS ABOUT THE MATTER. PLEASE PROVIDE LINK FOR THE SAME. THE MATTER IS IN WEST BENGAL.

SIR I WANTED TO GET MUTATION OF A LEASED LAND WHICH WE , THE TRUST,HAVE GOT FROM THREE PRIVATE RAYAY ( OWNER) AS PER A NOTIFICATION FROM LR DEPT ON 2015. BUT THE CONCERNED BLLRO DENIES IT ON THE GROUND THAT AS PER 2ND PROVISO OF WBLR ACT A RAYAT CANNOT LEASE OUT HIS LAND ON THE GROUND OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES. PL CLARIFY THE MATTER AS PER WBLR ACT. PL PROVIDE YOUR MAIL ID SO THAT I CAN SEND ALL PAPERS.

I am from West Bengal. Please clarify the procedure to remove a trustee from a public trust. If anybody resign from the trust then how to execute it? Some lawyers tell that the best way to execute it is 'news paper declaration'. Is it right?.

my welknown officer of indian overseas bank has been dismissed from service due to some non compliance of technical and procedural norms but without any monetary loss of the organisation for the implementation of a govt sponsored scheme namely on farm water management scheme of nabard during the year 2004-2006. Decision done on 31/3/12.pl suggest him through this forum/mail how he get relief from that and reinstate in service. note that he was a scale three officer.
