I took a loan from tata motors finance ltd in 2007. I had paid all instalments with interest to the OP.Now OP refused to issued NOC of vehicle and send me a legal notice for payment of some due. I registered my case in Consumer Forum. Now in his written statment they refused for demanding the dues and they also send me NOC of car but they didnot ready to pay amount of mantal haresment. Kindly suggest me how I draft rejionder & suggest me some citations for the claim of maental haresment.

The finance Co. owes an explanation as to why it delayed the NOC. U R advised to stick to your stand on mental harassment & deficiency of service.
