property sharing

Dear sir,
My grandfathers inherited property is in my elder brothers name since from 15 years back,he has done for availing loan to improve land , but we are living together now, Now he is telling he will not share the improved land, whether it is possible for me to take equal share in property or not.please reply what i can do now.

Yes. You may file a suit for separate possession of your share of land by way of partition. You are equally entitled to an inherited property as your elder brother is.

Yes. You have equal right in the inheritance of your grandpa's property. go to civil court.
