Selling products without proper bill & service denied by meghdoot steel furniture - kolkata

Dear Sir,
I had bought a sofa-cum-bed from Meghdoot Steel Furniture of KOLKATA and getting a guarantee of one year on the same product from the same company, I Sudip Shome or spelt as Sudeep Shome, after informing again and again, did not received any service from them when the same product is not working from after one month of purchase. It was bought from the same company on 3rd. January-2012.
Then I had made an online complain and a date and time of the mediation meeting has been fixed on 19/12/12 at 3:00 pm at the Office of the Assistant Director, Kolkata Central RO 2 Brabourne Rd, 8th Floor Kol-1. The same notice has already been sent to their address also but they did not show any interest to arrive there. Then again a second meeting had been fixed by the concerned persons and they finally came but started to ignore the fact and saying that “You cannot do anything to us”. Then finally a decision made by the concerned persons that he will take the product and will repair it.
Then after the decision made at the second meeting at the same office on 31/12/12, the same company had picked up my same product from my home for repairing on 12/01/13 at 4 p.m. ( This shows arrogance of the same company by delaying again ).
But after explaining them all faults & dispute of their product on 31/12/12 and also on 12/01/13 (when they came to pick the same up for repairing), they suddenly called me again and asked me to visit their shop to explain the problem again (this is just to linger the time and nothing). So, due to lack of my time I send my wife to their shop instead of me visiting there. But the manager and other staffs spoke with her and her friend very rudely and tried to confuse her constantly by saying lots of futile words & comments which felt her insulted.
Then it had been explained to them again through phone by me, about the same problems of the same product, ( i.e. 1) The nut of the iron lever always opens after using the product for few times. 2) The third part or the pulling part also opens if someone sits on the middle or folding portion of the bed. AND 3) They promised me to make the same product with good quality wood or with ISI marked waterproof plywood ), but unfortunately they did not kept their words.
Then at last finally, though giving a GUARNATEE , Meghdoot Furniture carelessly repaired my product and delivered it at my residence on 15/02/13, but the same product dismantles again in front of their people only. Then after calling the owner, he agreed to pay back all cost of the same product or the amount paid to him by me, with interest to me and asked his people to take away the same product from my home. So, the company people did what they told to do and they took away the same product from my home and still now till today the same company is not returning my product or my money.
My second complain is that , how can a company sell a product without a proper bill to a customer. Isn’t the same company cheating the GOVT. ?
So Sir, having belief in the power of our laws, I expect justice for my hard earned money that I had paid on 03/01/12 to the same company for buying the same product & also being a responsible citizen I also want justice for cheating our GOVT. as earliest as possible.
NOTE :- Please see that we general people can still keep our belief on the Indian Judiciary system ( they might play different tricks to get rid off so be careful ).

Do you have purchase BILLS/MONEY RECEIPT?if you have not then you can not go further.BILLS/MONEY RECEIPT is prima-facie evidence that you have purchase the Steel Furniture from the said company.Without any Receipt or Bills you can not file a case in Consumer Forum,which was best option for you.

Issue notice to Meghdoot Stteel Co if notice not complied with than file complaint before district Consumer Redressal Forum.

When you bought the product, did you make the payment to the company by Cheque or cash?

If you have make a online complaint, on the basis of this you can file case with a Consumer court. You file a complaint in the same facts as you elaborated in your query. Also give complaint to Sale Tax Dept/Income Tax Dept in that locality about this Meghdoot Steel furniture, who is deceiving to consumer as well as to the tax dept.

I HAVE A RECEIPT AND A CHALLAN WITH VAT No. PRESENT IN IT, OF THE SAME PRODUCT FROM THE SAME COMPANY WITH GUARANTEE PERIOD MENTIONED.

You should issue a Legal Notice to the said company ,failing which you can file a case in District Consumer forum.
