Simple and easy way to approach nbw

Mr A has got NBW from a court in a civil case been framed as criminal case(absconding) by police

Police informed Mr A 48 hours advance about NBW before case appears in court( first hearing date)

Mr A went to court to present himself in front of same judge but failed due to busy hours

Mr A gave a letter to same court TAPPAL with requesting to cancel NBW he will be present to court when all court says

will this way help any way to escape from NBW.

is there any other way apart from bail
