Termination of leave and license agreement

Hello Experts,

Can a licensee company terminate the Leave and license Agreement prior to expiry of the tenure of the agreement, wherein there is no specific clause in the agreement that provides for its termination ? if yes, can any one please provide a case law in support of the argument?

it can be terminate on the ground of the violation any clause of license agreement.

for case laws visit indian kanoon website . why you want to terminate the agreement ? has license violated terms and conditions . ? is the agreement duly stamped and regd?
