Wrong medical certificate

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 16 September 2011 This query is : Resolved
I have filed 498A, 406, 506, 34 IPC on my husband and family. My sister has given false medical certificate on court hearing date.

She was present there in office on the same day for which she submitted false medical certificate. She is working in private organisation, one of subsidiaries of ICICI Bank.

How should I proceed to get the leave details of my sister in law and what legal action i should take against her.

Thanks

you should concentrate on your main case of proving 498A complaint .

if your sister in law has given false certificate you can address letter to ICICI to kindly inform you as to whether your sister in law was present in office on said date . but ICICI is not bound to oblige you .
in the alternative you can make application to court to conduct inquiry in matter .

but my advice to you is to concentrate on main case

You can call the details from the ICICI bank from the court.
Advocate M.Bhadra (Expert) 16 September 2011
If your sister-in-law was present when the incident occurred, then you can approach to the court to conduct an inquiry in the matter to collect the information from ICICI.

You may make a petition before the Court to call for the attendance registrar of the office concerned. But it is always better to focus on the main case rather than trying to poke stick into other's back.
