Adhoc service and qualifying services for pension

Hey ALL, PLEASE HELP

I was working in AIIMS New delhi from april 1986 on adhoc basis against the post reserveved for sc and st.

I was regularised in 1989. I had requested for VRS from the govt service ,in 2010 and the department have give a reply after 8 months that my adhoc period is not counted towards from the qualifying service for pension purpose.

After giving my VRS application I have not worked there.

Is adhoc period counted towards qualifying service for pension.

If Yes , is there a circular from the DOPT which confirms this.

Please can you givecopy of that circular.

Or Is ther any RTI application confirming this

Please can give some light in regard to rule 13 or pension rules for the qualifying servie , the AIIMS do not agree with this rule

Adhoc service is not entitiles for pension unless specific orders to that effect.

If you have been regularised in the same office,you should have applied for counting that adhoc service for pension purposes only,without that approval,service cannot be counted for pension purpose.

Dear sir

I joined municipal corporation on 8th jan 1987 as adhoc and was regularized on 21/06/1998 through UPSC. I have asked for voluntary retirement on 31/03/2014 after giving 3 months notice. I wish to know that will I get full pension benefits from 8/1/1987 or 21/06/1998
