There was P.C.R filed by my husband in the court aganist my family with section 506 and the Police gave a B report for that. What will happen next? My lawyer said that my husband can raise an objection to B report, provided he has to give evidence in the court.
Can you please tell me what will happen next? if my husband raise objection will that take more time for the case to close. How many hearings will be there in the criminal cases? how long can a criminal case go
