Experts, this is the brief history.
Wife is a habitual complainer. For show casing her upper hand in every domestic matter she threatens to call 100 or file a harassment case. In the past she did file and later compromised the 498a case. Vexed with her behavior husband is staying separately & two children (boys) staying with mother. Meanwhile the threats going on, to file a criminal case by her. After 20+ years in marriage, this time husband doesn't want to compromise & instead want to defend the criminal case if filed.
In this situation, please, how much is the advocate fees (range in general) in defending a 498a case, especially in Kukatpally Hyderabad courts? And how many years the case would run in the courts?
