Hi there I was staying with my family in a pagadi system flat with area approx 400 and paying rent of 550/- per month in Mumbai.
Now BMC has demolished the building due to dilapidated condition Land owner/ Builder wishes to continue pagadi post redevelopment and not ownership
Landlord even after 3 legal notices reminders have not come forward to execute any agreement nor given any compensation for PAA.
The CC of the building is already given by BMC last month
I need to know for agreement with builder where to approach is it RERA or Small causes court?
