Bail

Dear All, I have been falsely implicated under the charge of 376,323, the moment I got to know this I made a mistake of leaving the country when my lawyer applied for anticipatory bail the court gave me interim bail and ask to surrender in the court by on a specific date, I am back in the country, what are my chances of getting regular bail and flying back to the country I am leaving in.

As you are in India.. Face the trial.. apply for regular bail.. because the charges are serious.. hence defend yourself strongly with all facts.

Thank you Sir, But what are my chances to get the bail and if i do get the bail can i go back to the country i was living right now and come whenever i have my dates.

its depend on the conditions of the bail granted by the court.

it may be possible that before traveling abroad you have to file an application before the court to take permission for traveling abroad.
