Breach of Trust and Emotional Trauma

I want to know that is it a crime if a boyfriend lies and breaks trust in relationship. Top of it, he used the girlfriend financially. After getting into the relationship, after few days he started ignoring badly and making excuses. Kindly suggest.

Best thing to ignore such people and break the relationship. Forget it as a hard lesson in life. Move on and live a peaceful life.
