I don't think he can.
He can, however, prosecute the man whom the wife eloped.
The verb elope means run away secretly in order to get married.
Indian laws think that women are not only physically weak but also are too innocent to commit s*x wrongs or matrimonial wrongs.

1. Husband can file Police FIR, against Wife, for Breach of Trust & Intimidation, Mischief etc.... depending on the actual circumstances and other evidences and witnesses.
