Can wife ask 'sthridhan'/ornaments back after filing for divorce if she has not kept a list of items received as 'sthridhan' signed by both parties as stipulated by law?

Dear Mr.mrgop,
The preparation of list is to be only for the purposes of identification otherwise if she desire definately a women can claim her istridhan as and when she pleases.(the only catch is that she has to prove it now)
