i had studied in karnataka till 12th n i hail from maharashtra my name in sslc n 12th mark sheet has been printed as ABHIJITH i want my fathers name and surname to be included in it. presently i have completed my mbbs degree n i want my name to be abhijit vilas more. so please tell me the procedure for the same.
