Hi mam / sir
my cousin has been cheated in the name of love with his boyfriend
he just use her in the name of marriage
he said her i will marry u
but now he rejected her
can she file the case against him
plz suggest me

IN a love relationship where nothing is documented how do you establish facts, except circumstantial evidence. Advocate friends please throw some light. Thanks.

Whatever the boyfriend did is not cheating according to the definition in the IPC .

Go and file suit against him u win or loose don't bother about result teach him lesson in future he shud remeber .if u keep quiet he continues no one does nothing I don't. care. let he knows once if he steps to police station or court what happens.in future he don't give false assurances to other innocent girls.
