cheating

sir, I asked my friend loan.He accepted and taken from me 2 blank bond papers with sign along with 8 legal papers.at that time I took photo bond papers.He gave me a cheque for Rs 5 lac.It was failed.He knows that I filed 2 property cases in court. My doubt is that he may sale my papers to my opponents. Now what can I do ? may I complaint to police and to cases pending courts. How can I defend myself ?

1. Serve Legal Notice to said person to return all the blank bond and other papers that he has taken from you.  This way he will not be able to take advantage or misuse of blank papers signed by you.

"8 legal papers" - what are those 'legal' papers? How they could be misused?

Anyhow, you need to inform your friend the cheque was not honoured and seek return of the blank cheque and papers, preferably through a legal notice.
