A space of co op housing society has been taken on rent by relative of one of managing committee member to run kids play group ( by participating in the allotment process). Now other MC members raised question that it is conflict of interest and demanding resignation of concern member from MC.
Please guide.

Running kids play group is a commercial activity, which can not be permitted in a residential housing society.

Sir, the space (shop) is for commercial use and under society management. My query was regarding conflict of interest
