Criminal law urgent reply required

Accused evading NBW , doesn't appear for point of sentence. What remedies does complaint have, Can point of sentence order be passed in the absence of accused? If yes then under which section or judgement?

And in the above case advocate also doesn't appear.

Judge will have to pronounce sentence in the presence of  the accused convict.

The Court shall proceed u/s 82 followed by the process of section 83 Cr PC till accused is not produced. 

The Court may issue Court notice to the lawyer of accused.  

Whatsoever, no sentence can be pronounced in the absence of accused.
