Cs submitted by io, how i get a copy.

relax and enjoy.. after 2-3 month. first hearing will come in MM court and on the first date.. magistrate him self give you  one full set of CS and all papers attched with cs which filed by police.

But, As per police official CS submission done several months ago (All this informed by new IO of the case). Exact date not known to me presently. Till date no summon issued to me from court. Is there any step to be taken by me to start case. Kindly confirm. Regard's, Abhinatre Gupt.

CS has nothing to do with family court. CJM/JMFC court which sees ur jurisdiction of alleged crime will handle the case.

No way to accelrate the process. Case would have been posted for date XX. U appear with advo on that date after getting summons & then start the process u want

See, date is fixed for which the case is next-listed. U can not change this date by any means. So cool ur heals where-ever possible. U wil get summons b4 that date
