Denial from a signature

Respected Sir
Is denial of a signature is a very easy matter.

In our case, a person lodged a falsed complaint against us in Police thana.

In court he filed his reply with the same signature which he put on the above mentioned complaint.

But now in the court he has denied that he has ever filed a complaint in the court.  His signatures consisted only of one letter i.e. 'B'

Is it so easy to deny ones' own signature. Will it be very difficult for us to prove his signature.
or is it very easy for a person to change his sginature and deny them.
Please advice.

How to defy that person.

With respect

Sangeeta.

Send his signature to CFSL lab by court order,

if lab report confirms his signature, then he will be in truble.
