Divorce

Hi,

Iam married on 2017 Dec lately I noticed, my wife suffering with psychological disorder where doctors confirmed the same.
we agreed for mutual divorce,
if possible how many months it will take?????

after the joint petition is filed the court gives 6 to 18 months to parties, after that on 2nd motion if court is satisfied the court can grant mutual divorce. you can do engagement immediately after mutual divorce, and remary only after 3 months

Dear Mr. Gopi,

As per me in mutual consent 6 months waiting period provided so for divorce it may take around 6-9 months.
