The father-son relationship can be complex. Fathers and sons with widely different interests can find it hard to relate to one another. Sometimes, dads and sons feel competitive against one another. Sometimes communicate issues are compounded as both want a better father-son relationship but neither one quite knows how to go about it. Sit and discuss among with experienced elders in your family.

1. IF Father is the Title-Owner of Property, THEN "nobody" (including any Children) have any right to claim Father's property or whatever, till Father is alive.  AND further no court is going to grant any relief to any children as far as Father is alive.

2. Using the Senior Citizen Laws, Father can just simply file suit in local Civil Court, to throw out such nefarious children, out of his house.  This has been repeatedly upheld by HC /SC judgments.

3. For legal & techinical requirements, coordinate one-to-one with a local lawyer.
