If you don't comply with  DV Act orders the Magistrate can impose fine or  imprisonment or both on you.

If still not comply with court orders then what will happen. If a person doesnot appear in the court at all for a long time then , what will happen ?

Probably the Court will issue Non-bailable warrants in case of long running non-appearance in the court despite being summoned, etc. Not complying with Court orders is punishable as Criminal Contempt of Court.
