Thank u sir for taking interest in my query.
Sir there is no bond with my present employee and for all central gov. servant I think there is same rule.Please dont suggest me to go through proper channel.If u have any specific knowledge regarding the rules ,tell me please.If i take examination without proper channel which rule will create proplem for me.Plz answer my this question only.
