Whether extra marital affair by cheating on wife is a crime on the eyes of law or not.

not a crime, but wife may ask for divorce.

Dear querist, it is not a crime. The wife may amicably settle the issue with the help of both family members and well wishers.

Extramarital relation now is though not a crime, it's a wrong in the eye of law. People say it is wrong but think it is not.
