In one contract of year 2012, inquiry is in under progress that in a contract, contractor has submitted fake purchase voucher of paints in support of his claim for payment for painting work. The inquiry authority is saying that since purchase voucher is fake, the material has not been procured and work has not been done and it has framed charges under PC act for bogus payment. The contractor says that he has produced fake vouchers of paint to save tax etc.
please give comments on how to come out of it.
