i m bussinessman . i have many distributorship of many items , last 3 month ago i take a new distributership of biscuit , i pay for a party 75000 on his current account ...but party doesn't send me any item till now ....i call but he doesn't reply ....
what can i do .....?
can i filled a complaint of cunsumer corum. ?

Yes sure...but before filing prepare bank statements from your side and other documents which you signed to become thier distributor.
