I did bca in open university and mca in regular. I didn't do 10th and 12th. can I get government job

yes. why not ? Whether it is distance or regular course. It does not matter. But the educational institution must be recognised by the u.g.c.

I did in madras university. where to apply for govt job and how. because I try to apply on website but it is asking 10th and 12th. even in bank also I'm not able to apply.
