Hi All,
I have disuputes with wife and their family.
I have submitted the civil suite,RCR and compliened in the police station for threatning.
till know I did n't get any response from them
May know what will be their stategy.
What I need to do from my end.

as u have filed RCR, u will be sent for counselling.
I advise you to settle the dispute amicably; during counselling.
if counselling fails, u have to defend yourself against their alligations. (498a / DV etc.)

In RCR do we need to mention requesting for counselling.
If wife not ready to come for counselling, what to do?

generally, family court itself sends the matter for mediation.

Can I send any mail or SMS requesting to come back. That will be useful for me to depend in future.

RCR = ur appeal to wife for joining matrimonial relation.
all the other measures taken by you (letters, SMS, email, recorded phone calls) - asking your wife to come back - will definitely reveal the efforts made by you before approaching court of law & will be helpful to ur case.
