How can i get income proff

some one has gives the falls statement in the Court regarding his monthly income ie 5000/-  instead of his actual income around Rs 1 lac because he doesn't want to give the money to me. If in the court his income proves then he has no choice to give me compensation. i got this information from reliabe sources that his monthly income is approx one lac which he file in his income tax return.


HOW CAN I GOT THIS INFORMATION LEGALY THROUGH INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT SO THAT INCOME TAX DEPARTMENT GIVES ME IN WRITING AND I WILL PROVE THIS TO COURT.

 

AND ALSO TELL ME THE HOW MANY DIFFERENT WAYS TO GET HIS INCOME PROFF BUT

HOPE FOR EARLY REPLY.

APPLY TO COURT TO ASK HIM TO SUBMIT HIS LAST 3 YRS INCOME tAX RETURNS 

Summon his Employer/ ask  Basnk Pass Book..

hello,

File an RTI to income tax dept.

get in touch with the employer and ask for the salary slip.

get the passbook or bank account statement.

Summon his employer and  ask for their statement of account their balance sheet which would be showing their salaries . Ask through the court the  bank account statements of the employers as well as the persons from which you can get a clue .
