Ipc sec 306

my marrige was fixed with a girl but few days ago i refused to marry that girl. if she try to commit suicide but not die and lodge f. i. r. against me for abeting of suicide. will this case be considered in ipc sec 306. and what will be punishment. how can I be escaped by this case?
