i would like to draw your kind attention towards malpratices doing by khan ias study circle jaipur.
sir/madaam,
my elder brother,who is government servant at Rajasthan Goverment has deposited 20000 advance amount for weekend ias batch starting from 24 june 2016. but due to shortage of students,the administration of KSG jaipur had changed the date of this batch and till now the date of batch is not confirm. due to administrative reasons and training of my brother in his job, he cant able to join their batch in next batches,thus he wrote a application for fees refund and submitted their jaipur branch and received a duplicate copy (fax copy senting to delhi branch) but after 25 days they didnt refund and make excuses. kindly give the legal advice in this matter
