Hello,
I am resident of Ground floor apartment in Adeshwar vatika in Mysore. Although, we have Basement parking and ground floor parking as some of the residents of apartment have more number of vehicles and they are pestering association to mark more parking area.
Now association is pressurizing us and marking area just along side bedroom windows with not even a metre gap for scooter parking . Not only it is hazardous to life as all pollution would be directly coming from window and there can be fire accidents , it is invading privacy of a family . We won't be able to open glasses /curtains any time. Also, many residents who have apartments on upper floor keep sitting down till late hours near vehicles and chatting midnight.
Please suggest if any legal rule/law is there which we can utilize to stop them from marking as in initial building plan it wasn't there and they are not caring for ground floor apartment as no.is few .
