My grandfather has four brother's out of one of them has a son son's daughter and i want to marry her . Is marriage valid in our Hindu Act & under which section . What complication occur ..

Chinmay, such marriage are not permissible under Hindu marriage Act...
Complication may occur at the time when either party would wish to enforce any of their rights through court....
