Hi,
I have uploaded a form 32 regarding appointment of a Director. The form has been filed after due date, so the fess to be paid is Rs. 5,000/-.
By mistake, I have generated the challan of more than Rs. 50,000 that has to be paid by Bank mode instead of pay later option.
Now what can be done..The expiry date of challan is 7th Dec... If I wait for the challan to get expired, will the form again get uploaded?
Kindly revert, its urgent...

once the challan get expired on 7 dec, it is finished, dont worry

Thanks for the your reply Sir.
But I think the new form will not get upload again. Only the new challan will be generated again. If this is the case, I have heard that the additional fees is charged for the same. In my case, the amount is already Rs. 5,000/- and i think the max. amount including penalty can be Rs. 5,000. So, what will be the amount of the new challan.
