money recovery

I lent rs 100000 to my friend. I got his signature with date. now he is refusing to pay back. I want to know if I can take my money back legally?

You can recover back your money if you have loan documents with you. You have to file money recovery suit in civil court.

you can also file summary suit where you will get money faster than ordinary civil suit. if you are within the limit as prescribed in summary suit.
