Neem holiday fleecing clients?

Neem holiday has fleeced a senior citizen and his family by charging highly inflated cost for Nepal tour of 8D/7N.

Around month of February 23 Neem Holiday, Mumbai would publish ads in news papers mentioning 59750/- as per person cost and in August 23 it was jacked up to 69750/- and finally It was agreed to 63000/- per head.

Now in the ads on 23 & 24 September 23 they have again brought down the cost per head to 59750/- and as per discount agreed upon it would have been 53000/- per head.

But the owner Agarwal and staff Sunita Agrawal are neither refunding the advance paid nor agreeing to 53000/- per head ie they are overcharging 10000/- per head.

Please suggest how to retrieve the advance of 1lac @25K per head as they are refusing to refund the amount.

If you are confirmed about the reduction in the charges through reliable sources then you may write to them to refund the excess amount or to cancel the tour program and return the entire amount.

Failing to respond you may first' issue a legal notice through your lawyer and then you may drag them to consumer commission for relief and remedy.
