What are the facts? What is the context?

I am doing some research on recent vaccines including corona vaccine and I am working on legal protection against any force mandate by center or state to take this "experimental vaccine". 

If I am correct according to Nuremberg code - consent of participant is necessary to put any experimental medial procedure. In that case no one - even private company employers can't force their employees to take corona vaccine because it is an experimental product.
