1. councilling done in divorce case 2. terms and conditions agreed and same sined by both parties and later case withdrawn . 3. what if either party does not follow terms of conditions agreed. are this terms and conditions binding on both parties query relates to myself as i was complaiant

1.  IF "consent terms" document was annexed with Application in Family Court for records, and due to which you got got order to close case,  THEN both parties are bound by the said terms and the divorce is final for all futuristic legal purposes.

CORRECTION HIGHLIGHTED IN YELLOW:

A party which disobeys the mutual consent can be prosecuted.
