Good Evening,
Iam planning to purchase a Plot of 600 sq yards in Bheemili,It is a Panchayat land not vuda approved,I heard lot of rumours that Panchayat land can be easily occupied by strangers if we are not near by,My parents stay in Vizag near Aiport and iam working in Bangalore,So please give your valuable suggestions what all the precautions i need to take care before and after buying this plot.

Firstly before buying the property make sure the title of the property is clear.. collect all the land related papers including old mutation records.. get the search and title report done.. publish a Public notice in the local newspaper to verify the title and the rights over the same. After entire verification you can go for purchasing the same land.
