My passport was expired in march 2013 and It was issued before my marriage. Now i want to renew it. I am a widow right now and do I need to include my husband name in passport or can i go with my dad name. For renew do I need to submit the death certificate also or is it not required.After my renew i also want to apply passport for my 5 year kid. For her what documents are needed since her dad is no more. Only my approval and my passport are enough or anything I need to include. Please advice
