One of family in our society have produced 2 Pedhinama's one is of the brother in whose Affidavit its been shown that he's the only son and legal heir of the deceased father and there are no other legal heirs and on that basis his name is entered into city survey records.
In another Pedhinama which is produced by the two sisters of the above mentioned brother they have included there brothers name in the pedhinama and has affidavited the saame and on the same basis their names are added in the city survey records.
Know the sisters have given a notice to the society to add their names into the legal successors ledger maintained in the society on the basis of pedhinama and city survey records; while the society has nomination that of the brother's name only. Kindly let me know can society ask both the parties to bring a succession certificate from the civil court? Can society add the names of both of the sister on the basis of pedhinama in society's legal successor ledger or not?
